Returns and refunds

This returns note applies to Silver Kind LLC.

If you are not happy with a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. The piece must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Start a return via the contact form or silverkindjewelry@proton.me with your order number. We send return instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.

If a piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, write to us promptly. We will repair, replace, or refund it as set out here.
