Terms of service

These terms apply to Silver Kind LLC, 3 Swallowfield Close, Crewe, England CW2 6XB, United Kingdom (silverkindjewelry@proton.me).

The current shop sells twelve silver jewellery pieces by enquiry. A contract forms when Silver Kind accepts an enquiry in writing and payment is agreed. Prices, when shown, are in GBP. Shipping cost is confirmed in that conversation and is not complimentary by default.

The Crewe address is the registered office, not a walk-in shop. There are no watches, handbags, name jewellery, fingerprint pieces, or engraving in this collection unless a specific live product says so.

Returns: 30 days if the piece is unworn. Full notes are on the returns and shipping pages.
